CUSTOMERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR TESTING POWDER BEFORE APPLYING THE PRODUCT. COATECH IS NOT LIABLE FOR ANY COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH CORRECTING POWDER COATING JOBS.
Due to the temperature-sensitive nature of high temp powders, expedited shipping is recommended and should not be shipped over the weekend. We are not responsible for heat damage and product loss due to other shipping methods used.
Any errors in shipment or quality issues must be reported within 5 business days of receipt of your shipment.
We cannot accept any powder, liquid, chemical, or hazardous material returns.
All returns require a Return Authorization number before they can be returned to COATECH. Returns without prior authorization will be refused. No RAs will be issued after 30 days from the date of the invoice. Customers are responsible for any return shipping costs. You will need to have a copy of your invoice to return the item.
All returned products will be subject to inspection and evaluation by the applicable department manager. Only after inspection will a decision of whether to issue a credit or not will be determined. Damages, defects or missing documentation may result in denial of credit. If the returned product does not pass inspection, it will not be eligible for credit under any circumstances.
If it does not pass inspection, you will be notified of such via email. COATECH will hold products deemed ineligible for return for 15 business days during which the customer may request re-shipment. The customer forfeits the right to product or credit if re-shipment instructions are not given within 15 business days.
Prepare your package for return.
Pack your item securely, inserting any paperwork that was included when you requested your return from the Online Returns Center. If you don't have the original product packaging, use a sturdy box and include paddings such as packing bubbles or newspapers. Attach your return label to the package.

Returns must transpire within thirty (30) days from the invoice date. Freight charges must be pre-paid prior to returning. Before refusing or returning any product.
Return shipping fees are communicated in the Online Returns Center when you choose the shipping method for your return.

You can exchange or replace an item through our Online Store if your exchange or replacement meets certain criteria.
